An experience in the countryside – Traditional Bread
Description
A day spent in a small village in the interior of the Serra do Caldeirão with a magnificent landscape where you can have a unique experience learning to bake bread using the ancestral techniques of the wood-fired oven.
Program
- Reception and introduction to ancestral techniques;
- Flour preparation;
- Preparing the oven;
- How to leaven the bread;
- How to place the bread in the wood-fired oven;
- Removing the bread from the oven once it has been baked;
- Short walk through the village of Sarnadas and its history;
- Lunch (optional)

Reservations made 96 hours in advance
Children between the ages of 6 and 12 can take part, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. They are not counted as participants, but are counted for lunch if they choose to do so.

Payment by bank transfer or MBWay one day before the activity
